Can't Hardly Wait is a film about Preston, a high school graduate, in love with Amber, the most popular girl in his class. The day of graduation, Preston learns that Amber and Mike, her boyfriend, have broken up. Preston believes that it is his destiny to let Amber know how he feels so he decides to give her a letter at the graduation party.
