The Warrior Of Waverly Street is about an Alien war on another planet between the Trelkins and the Broodwarriors. The Broodwarriors are bad Aliens who are attempting to take over all of the planets in the galaxy. Minutes before their planet is destroyed, the Trelkins launch a vessel into space containing a Cybersuit. A Cybersuit is a type of alien armor that talks and his primary function is combat enhancement. However, to enable it to move the Cybersuit requires a biotic navigator for motion. After traveling through space, the vessel containing the Cybersuit lands in a junkyard on earth. Spencer, a twelve year old boy, finds the vessel. When the vessel opens the Cybersuit emerges and engages in conversation with Spencer. He tells Spencer about his need for a biotic navigator and after being bullied all day at school, Spencer decides to comply and get into the suit. He then takes the suit on a tour of the town and proceeds to terrorize some of the kids that repeatedly bully him everyday. Soon the Broodwarriors send a warrior to earth to locate the Cybersuit. The warrior eventually locates Spencer and the suit and engages in combat. Spencer and the Cybersuit are victorious. Soon thereafter a few Trelkins come to earth and retrieve the Cybersuit and bestow a medal of honor to Spencer for saving the suit and earth from the Broodwarriors.

Animal Action: In one scene, Spencer is in science class at school and a tarantula is seen in a terrarium. The teacher picks up the spider and places it in Spencer's hand. He holds the spider for a few minutes and then the teacher retrieves the spider and places it back in the terrarium. The scene was shot in cuts. At the time that the teacher is supposedly handing the tarantula to Spencer, the trainer and the teacher/actor switched places. It is actually the trainer's hands seen in the shot. Then the trainer placed the spider in the child actor's hands. When the teacher is seen retrieving the spider and placing it back into the terrarium, the trainer and teacher/actor had again switched places. In another scene, Spencer, while in the Cybersuit, is being chased by a group of policeman after terrorizing some bully's at the local fair. He has yet to master the art of stopping the suit, which results in a crash landing in a tree. When he lands in the tree he unknowingly disturbs a sleeping cat. The cat screeches and jumps out of the tree, landing on all fours. The scene was shot in cuts. For this scene, the trainer and the cat sat in the tree while the crew shook the tree, causing the cat to jump approximately one foot onto a padded platform, the same level as the tree branch. When the cat is seen landing on the ground, trainer #1 merely held the cat above the camera and dropped him approximately three feet to the ground. Then trainer #2, using a clicker with food as a reward, cued the cat to walk in front of the camera. There is a scene where the family is seen vacationing at a lake. In the distance, some ducks are seen meandering through the water while Roland, Spencer's father, is fishing. Roland feels a tug on his line and reels it in. He shows his catch to the family as he holds up the fishing line with the fish attached to the end. This scene was shot in cuts. A real dead fish was purchased from a local fish market for the scene. The actor is seen with his pole in the water and after supposedly reeling in his line, the fish is seen on the end.
